Bought these boots more than likely on sale and wore them very little.I used them primarily for yard work cutting firewood to keep chips out of my shoes/socks.
The soles showed absolutely no signs of heel/sole wear but collapsed. Emailing to Wolverine Company was efficient but to no real satisfaction.
..."Wolverine offers a limited one year warranty on our products.
What the pictures that you provided show is called hydrolysis, which is a natural breakdown of the materials over time. Even when boots are stored over long periods of time, the product does continue to age...."
I would never buy durashocks again as I believe there is an air chamber in them that broke down and is dangerous as the boot heel/sole then collapses as you walk causing twisting of ankles etc.
