User's recommendation: Received Confirmation Work order number tracking number receipt of payment and had talked directly to Wolverine that they would deliver today before 9 pm. It is now 11pm and no boots. What more can I do. $150 dollars out there somewhere. Come on

I bought (2) pairs of Wolverine Steel Toe Durashock boots because I loved the look and style. I bought them for work but, before I could wear either pair, I was promoted and no longer needed to wear steel toe shoes.
Skip forward several years, the boots have been in my closet, I needed steel toe shoes to go into the factory, so I took a pair of boots to work. When I put on the new boots the sole disintegrated into a black sticky mess on the floor as I was lacing them up. The pair was totally useless, the black heels &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; sole a crumbled mess. When I arrived home, I checked my other new, never worn, pair of Durashock boots and the exact same thing was wrong with them.
The black rubber would disintegrate with even slight pressure. So, I have two pairs of brand new Wolverine Steel Toe Durashock boots that are totally worthless.

Same happened to me, and they don't stand behind their product.
Same thing happened to me. The sole on both boots split.
Same thing happened to two pairs of my Wolverine boots. Last week, I filled out a form and submitted to Wolverine, and they agreed to send me a new pair of boots. Waiting for them to arrive
I received several emails from Wolverine customer service explaining what caused my boots to disintegrate. Finally, on May 15, Breeanna with customer service agreed to send me two replacement boots.
Here's a copy of the email: Hi Julie, Thank you for providing these photos. I was able to place an order for W990109 and W990110 in 7M! You should expect to receive this item in the next 7-10 business days via FedEx. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team and we will gladly assist you.
Thank you and best wishes, Breeanna Wolverine Consumer Relations Representative I never received the boots. I've sent two emails on June 7 & 17 addressed to Breeanna in Customer Service asking her to let me know the status of the shipment. However, I have not received a reply nor acknowledgment of these letters. I am so disappointed in Wolverine.
I'm baffled as to why Breeanna claimed she was sending replacement boots and then did nothing. I spent over $300 on these two pair of boots and thought I was going to get replacement boots that were somewhat similar. However, I haven't received anything and can't even get anyone from Wolverine to reply to my email. Beware of Wolverine.....they will not back their product and their supposed Customer Service Dept.
tells you what you want to hear but then does nothing. Stay away from purchasing Wolverine.
I finally called Wolverine customer service 866-699-**** and talked with Laura. She was able to access my emails and realized the two pairs of boots I was promised as a replacement was never sent.
Laura was able to get the boot replacement order processed and they were shipped out.
So, don't give up....keep after the Wolverine customer service department and eventually, you will receive a satisfactory solution. Julie H.
Same thing happened to me. They were in the back of my closet for a couple of years, went to get on a motorcycle again and they disintegrated!
