Sole of my one year old work boots are falling apart. The worst quality of work boots I have ever owned. Due to defective sloes, my feet get wet every time I step in water.

No customer service, confusing buying process

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Wolverine - No customer service, confusing buying process

I purchased a pair of tactical work pants in size 34x30, because it was so confusing I reached out to their customer service (or lack thereof) via chat, asking them to make sure the pants were size 34 in waist and 30 long, which they confirmed, twice. Today I received the garment, size 30x34, with my preferences backwards...

After multiple attempts to get to one of their chat reps, which isn't easy because you're always met with a bot whose sole function seems to be to return you to the main menu and avoid at all costs transferring you to one of their excuses for a customer service rep because I still need pants and still extremely confused in terms of how to actually select the correct size because, if you look, it doesn't specify where waist or length actually are, it's a guessing game 100% of the time. When I finally got fed up I've decided to return the garment and was told that, in addition to an inconvenience of finding and getting to a FedEx drop-off point, I would also be charged $5. To return something i shouldn't be returning. But it seems that Wolverine believes that their customers should pay for wolverines mistakes so I had to reach out to customer service at that point.

When I finally got through I only got a sentence in reply, reassuring me that I would get my full refund, I asked if they can just exchange the pants for a correct size then and there but he just stopped replying to me, I'm guessing there were more important things to do?

I waited for about 10 minutes before closing the chat and swearing off Wolverine as a company and product. Enough is enough.

Their boots all look the same now, for the most part, none of the work boots are made in USA anymore, none of them have a secondary lining that protects the foot against rough folds in Hyde. I purchased a pair of the last usa-made boots a year ago and they were made differently from the same exact pair in a different color, one could easily see where the money was saved, they were neither comfortable nor waterproof, I returned them hoping that things would improve but they didn't!

The mesh on my work sneakers ripped the first week, they became completely unrecognizable in just two months, considering they used to stand up to months of abuse with no difficulty, one can only assume that their disintegration something to do with the new manufacturing techniques and materials, which are very different.

The pants I purchased ripped at the seams and fell apart after three laundry washed in cold water... Like I said, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Wolverine - Terrible company
Thy refused to accept my return because I wore the boots for a day, even me explaining that I had other boots from them in the same size so I thought they would be ok! Terrible customer service, I was a long time client and now I will make sure to let everyone know they will only scam you with emails and never even reply to your concerns if something goes wrong with your purchase.

On Oct. 13, 2022 I purchased a pair of mens overpass 10 composite toe Wellington boots from Amazon in which I actually really love for doing tree service work but sadly about five months after purchasing the boots the stitching on the left boot towards the toe gave in and separated from the leather make *** big enough to put two fingers in making them not waterproof anymore and open to trash and debris to get inside of the boot. Unfortunately the right side is now starting to do the same exact thing I cannot find anything with the order number or any other type of information on the boots other than the price and date in which I ordered them from Amazon.

Please help me out and let me know if there is anything that I can do about this issue or do I just chalk up $159.99 plus tax and shipping???

Thank you for help

Product is not comfortable at all even after second day of use.

Wolverine - Product is not comfortable at all even after second day of use.
I bought my first pair of Wolverine Boots from Academy sports and Outdoors and almost immediately I realized it was a mistake. On day 1 of wearing them I noticed the insole felt really thin, and sure enough on day two my feet were already hurting. Im a week into wearing them and they look as if Ive worn them for a month or two and Ive already had to buy insoles.

Wolverine - Boot sole is disentigarating.
Boot sole cushion is just turning to dust. Tread is still good. Find another brand. I hunt throughout the US, Canada and Alaska up to the Artic. I like the fact that these are insulated. Vibram tread looped laces. Easy on and off. Very confortable. This is not my first pair of Wolverines. I have been wearing many types of boots. I now have switched to another.

Shirts and jackets shrink big time after washing. They fit great right out of the package. No returns or exchanges after washing. How was I supposed to know this was going to happen???

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I ordered a flannel, hooded jacket and boots. The boots I have no problem with, all my boots are wolverines. But the apparel sizing sucks!! Tried on shirt and jacket out of the package, fit perfectly. So I washed them as everyone else does, cold water dried by instructions. The flannel and bush coat shrunk big time, pissed off, wasted money unless I go on a diet, their clothes suck!! And so does the return exchange policy!!

They are comfortable. But the soft toes wrinkle inside severely once the boot gets wet . To a point I cannot wear them, even though the boot has plenty of wear left. I am now buying only the moc toe..

User's recommendation: Do not buy the soft toe if the boot is going to get wet. They do not hold up to water and if wet the toe will collapse

Started leaking when walking in wet grass after 90 days. Took product back to purchase site and was informed waranty only good for 50 days. Would not have purchased if 50 day waranty was known (can not find this information anywhere on paperwork that came with boots). Sole is seperating from shoe. Purchase price with tax $165.59.
