Wolverine - Boot sole warranty
I contacted Wolverine through the internet. I sent them some pictures my boots they were over 2 years old and the souls were coming apart they warranty them no problem. They're sending me a new pair of boots I will get them in a couple weeks.

Wolverine - Poor boot quality and even worse customer service
Boots cracked on soles in less than12 months, wolverine agreed to replace them. They say they sent the replacement boots, but Fedex delivered to some other address. No one knows where the boots went, apparently not even Fedex. A month and a half later, and 15 phone calls, I still have not received I still have not received the boots.
