Wolverine - Deadlock soles falling apart
Comfortable durashock boots are falling apart leaving big chunks on the floor. The soles must be really inferior to crumble this way. Way too expensive to fall apart like this who can you contact to complain?

The girl said "your cutting out" and then just disconnected. Didn't even give me a chance to move my phone. Very disappointed.
Wolverine - Boot sole warranty
I contacted Wolverine through the internet. I sent them some pictures my boots they were over 2 years old and the souls were coming apart they warranty them no problem. They're sending me a new pair of boots I will get them in a couple weeks.

Your best bet is to contact wolverine yourself. I have the same boots and have had the same problem twice now. I called and exchanged the original pair and now the second pair...
